Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AssistantIT's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Services
AssistantIT provides IT consulting, infrastructure management, AI implementation, and related technology services on a credit-based retainer model as described in our pricing plans.
3. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance. Credits expire at the end of each billing period. Overages are billed at the rates specified in your plan. Annual pricing adjustments follow the CPI-U index with a 3% floor and 8% cap.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
5. Limitation of Liability
AssistantIT's liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Unused credits are non-refundable. Onboarding fees are non-refundable after services commence.
